"I work as an Administrative Support professional at a UK-based social enterprise that supports young people with learning difficulties and/or autism to prepare for adult life. The organisation takes a person-centred approach, helping individuals build confidence, develop new skills, access education and employment opportunities, and have a voice in their communities.
In my role, I help keep internal operations running smoothly, particularly in areas like recruitment, compliance, and onboarding. My responsibilities include maintaining digital workspaces, managing DBS checks and renewals, updating key records in line with Ofsted requirements, and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.
I also oversee staff onboarding, ensure mandatory training is completed, and help keep workforce development records accurate and up to date. My work helps ensure the wider team can focus on delivering meaningful support to the young people we work alongside."
